My Approach

On top of many years of experience photographing conferences and business events I am also an experienced photojournalist. I have covered many large events, including party conferences, for publication on newspapers and magazines, and my work has been featured on The Guardian, The Telegraph, and The Times to mention but a few.

I like to work silently and blend into the background of the event without becoming a distraction for the audience or the speakers. After years of shooting as a photojournalist and business events photographer I have learned how to anticipate key moments, and I am always in the right place at the right time to capture the most important moments of your event with a documentary style I have honed over years.

Business Events Photography FAQs

I do not have a cap on how many photos I deliver, and as a rule of thumb I tend to deliver between 50 to 80 photos per shooting hour. With your quote I will also give you a minimum guaranteed amount of photos. As an example for a 4 hours event I would deliver 200+ photos (200 being the minimum guaranteed amount). All events are different and the final amount of photos I deliver will depend on the size and duration of the event.

Yes all the photos will be individually edited. This includes tonal adjustments (brightness, contrast etc.), cropping, and colour correction.
I deliver the photos through an online gallery called Pixiset. As soon as the images are ready I will upload them to the gallery ready for you to download. You will also be able to share the gallery with colleagues and delegates.
Yes I am also a videographer and on request I would also be happy to provide you with video coverage of the event. Depending on your specific requirements extra charges might apply.
Yes I am also a headshot photographer and I have a portable studio that can be easily set up on-site to deliver professional grade headshots directly at your event. Depending on your specific requirements this might incur an extra charge.
